@jaykaye01  Can you load and play a new save with no mods or custom content present?  Please test and let me know either way.

If the new save doesn't work, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If the new save works, please try loading different households in your existing saves, preferably ones you haven't played before.  This is just for testing purposes; you don't need to save your progress.
