@ChAoTiCxDrEaMeRz When you say you tried a new folder, did you move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto the desktop and then NOT add anything to the new folder? If not, please try that now.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
