I also have this same issue. I feel like I have tried everything. My game is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the base game and all of the packs. I have taken all mods out. I have started a whole new game. Nothing stops this freezing issue; the clock consistently stops in the game and Sims just can't do anything. Please help it's driving me crazy!!
