@Kayla999 The dxdiag crashed while running (not anything you did, don't worry) and is missing much of the relevant information. So please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart the computer and run another dxdiag. I don't want to make any other suggestions until I know what kind of computer and hardware you have, which will hopefully be included in the new dxdiag.

Hiya. This is the message I received from PowerShell:
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
PS C: \WINDOWS\system32>
I'm just about to restart my laptop and do another dxdiag and I will post it to you on here.
Many thanks.
