@luvdiamantee How hot are the processor and graphics card getting while you play? For the GPU, you can get a rough idea from the Task Manager's Performance tab. For the CPU, you'd need an outside tool. I prefer hwinfo (it's free) because it captures data from pretty much every sensor, and it shows max and average values so you can see that something was at one point a problem even if it's not currently. The downside is sifting through all those readings, but the CPU temps at least are near the top and easy enough to read.
Anyway, let me know about the temperatures and we can go from there. The reason I ask is because your laptop will throttle performance while on battery, but not while plugged in, at least not until it overheats or has another reason to dial things back.
This is with my laptop plugged in without the game running.
