Sims 4 keeps logging crashes in my docs but doesn't crash
Ok so my Sims 4 keep loging crash reports on my doc but it is not crashing so can some one tell me how to stop it from logging crash reports while playing

This is not a crash report. This is the "last exception" report, which is the notification of the detected bug. Such a bug can be caused by mods and CC or is a bug of the game itself.
I did not find the name of any mod or animation there. There is always an option that the name CC is hidden among these letters but it looks rather like an EA small bug with which the game can cope. The Sims is an animation of life and creators can not predict all the situations that the game will create.
One of the reasons why no other company tried to compete with EA and did not create animations of life - bugs created by the game. As long as it does not spoil the game and only sends these yellow reports - do not worry about it
To stop it, you would have to remove the MCC mod or another one that creates such reports from the game folder.
then why is my computer calling it lastcrash reports like that makes me feel better knowing it not a crash now
