@puzzlezaddict So i wanted to try the method of uninstalling the kits but when i went to the EA games file in the program files it's empty? The Electronic Arts folder is full, but EA play says that my install location in C:\Program Files\EA games (which is empty)
Should i edit the install location in EA play to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts?
@henkinarocks If you originally installed Sims 4 through Origin, its location is probably this:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
The EA App installs into Program Files\EA Games by default, but it doesn't move already-installed games to that location.
