@puzzlezaddict So i wanted to try the method of uninstalling the kits but when i went to the EA games file in the program files it's empty? The Electronic Arts folder is full, but EA play says that my install location in C:\Program Files\EA games (which is empty)
Should i edit the install location in EA play to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts?
Hiya,
Out of curiosity, do you have the Create A Sim Demo installed?
Yes, I do.

Hi @henkinarocks,
The default location for the CAS Demo should be Documents\ElectronicArts\The Sims 4 Create a Sim-Demo

All my DLC's started downloading (I hadn't been on Origin since I migrated to the EA App in November), then the updates were done. Doing this made these 2 new kits I'd purchased download and show up in my game. I then exited the game. Exited Origin and logged back into the EA App. I logged into my game as usual and checked that the kits were still showing in BB and CAS. Which they were. It seems like it may be an issue with the EA App that is causing the kits to not actually download even though it appears to, hence they don't show up in the game.
Hope this helps someone.
