@PixelFacex3 What port do you have the monitor plugged into - the motherboard or the video card? There is a newer driver at AMD dated 4/2/2020. the one in your dxdiag is not WHQL.
@roberta591 It's plugged into the GPU. I'll try updating to a newer driver and let you know if it helps at all.
