@JessWaltxo I'm assuming your running the game from the data drive so the game does not benefit from the SSD. Make sure the game is using the Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M. Neither the Intel graphics chip or the Nvidia chip is WHQP. Update both drivers. Very unusual is the dxdiag is reporting no dedicated video memory and the game is very dependent on dedicated memory which would be a good reason for the lag. Are you using any video capture software?
The spec for your computer show 2Gb of GDDR5 video memory. You do not need more main memory - you need to correct the video memory.
