Somone help me please my sims 4 game is having bad lag stuttering when it didn't have it at all before here is my dxdiag

@katelynwstxoxo Thanks for providing a dxdiag, which would have been one of my first requests. The dxdiag lists one Sims 4 error that's definitely related to the Nvidia graphics driver and several more that could be, so the place to start is with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:
When you test Sims 4, please start with a new save with no mods or custom content. If the new save works normally, test your main save with no mods or cc; you don't need to save your progress. Let me know how it goes.
