@144a367a9ee60dec Adding those packs shouldn't grind your game to a halt, especially given your hardware. What kind of fps are you seeing? You can see it by bringing up the cheats console (crtl-shift-C) and entering "fps on" without quotes. A number will appear in the lower left corner of your screen, over part of the UI.
If you want to see whether the packs you added are in fact a problem, you can temporarily disable them from loading. Here's how:

I doubt that's the issue though. What's more obvious is that your C, D, and E drives all have around 10 GB free, which is often not enough, especially when you consider the effects of temp files, both from Windows and Sims 4. Which drive is Sims 4 installed on? Where is your Documents directory? Can you free up more space, at least on C? 20 GB free on the Windows drive is a good goal; any lower than that, and it could easily be the problem, or at least contributing to the problem.
If this doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user data folder. Rename or move the existing Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts, and the game will spawn a new one the next time you launch it. (If this folder is large, don't move it to a drive that's already low on space.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether it lags. Let me know either way.

Yeah, i know my free space is a problem. But i had to have windows 7 on the side for another game because of directx 9 memory limit problems. But that shouldn't be a problem anymore so i could back up my files and merge my C and D drives back together. But i just don't have the needed space to backup right now unless i play some serious file tetris the whole weekend xD Anyhow i cleaned my windows update files and i have 16GB free now. My sims 4 is installed on C: both the game and documents
And the problem solved when i moved my family to a different lot. But i didn't have much time to test if it will come back. I'll report back laterThank you for your time,
Kizu ^_^!

@144a367a9ee60dec It sounds like there might be an issue with that lot then. When you do have time to test, it would be interesting to see whether simply moving your household to a different lot and back again helped, or whether you need to bulldoze and replace the house on the original lot. (You can save a copy to the library before bulldozing too, then place it again, in case that's enough.)
Let me know if you need more help.

Yeah i did that and moved back and it's OK. It randomly happens sometimes and i get like 9-15 fps. Mostly happens on my vet clinic now and i had to rage quit for a while because my vets are just playing with clay all day long haha!
And while my sim was in uni and i came back my other sim had 99+ pieces of clay and all kind of random stuff in her inventory. And i had to download a mod so my sims girlfriend would stop baking white cake all day every day and getting fatter and fatter xD I might be uninstalling eco lifestyle and try if i can enjoy the game again. Also 1 of 2 unistudent just can't go to classes. I keep clicking the button but nothing happens and he is failing all the time and his girlfriend the white cake addict graduated already WEEKS earlier with an A. I have to restart the game or travel to fix that but usually then it's already too late.
Maybe i should try to repair my game since i'm having all the possible bugs right now x_x
