SIMS 4 Language will only download in English, other languages only show AFTER

Hi I keep finding threads stating how to download SIMS4 in other languages and where you can choose language in "Advanced menu" in the app icon of the game in Origin. However I do not get that opti...

@SnaxxxeT You seem to have the Steam version ? You need to set the language in steam, not Origin.
