Sims 4 language won't change
I tried the Regedit thing but it didn't work. Nor did the other fixes. I only had three languages available. (Russian, Czech and Polish)
Yes. Games sold in Russia is a one language package.

No. No tutorials with Regedit worked for me. It pops up this message when I change the language to en_US and I start up the game, this pops up: Unable to start initialization error [135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0]

Found a couple of threads about the same issue Thread 1 and Thread 2.
edit: Yep, also found out that they're cheaper in Russia, may be why.. J PKarlsen was correct

In the 2nd thread it is adressed by an EA staff member with this:
If the language isn't available for your copy of the game, this won't work, and can break your install until the change is reverted.Sasha
