@1f1ff59125965cb4  This question does get asked a lot, and I always enjoy answering it.  (Talking about hardware is fun, and new computers are exciting.)  Even better when someone's already done some research.

All of these laptops are fine, with the last one supposedly having better performance than the first: it should run all current packs together on medium-high to high graphics.  The second one could be on par with the third or first, depending on how it's configured.  The problem here is that some Intel laptops use the (much faster) Xe Graphics only if the laptop has two RAM modules, and default to the slower Intel UHD Graphics when only one module is present.  The first laptop specifies UHD graphics, likely because the memory is 1x8 GB; the third says Xe graphics, likely having a 2x4 GB configuration.

This issue is easily sidestepped by getting a system with 16 GB (almost universally 2x8 rather than 1x16) or by adding more memory.  If you're willing to upgrade, the first one has an empty slot, and another 8 GB module (plenty for Sims 4) might cost £25, at least according to this typically completely accurate page:

The MSI cannot be upgraded.  I can try to find info on the Acer, but it's only about £50 cheaper than the cheapest laptops with equivalent hardware and 16 GB RAM, so at that point it would be simpler (and sometimes cheaper) to get a system with 16 GB pre-installed, for example these:

For reference, the second and fourth are a little faster in terms of graphics performance than the first and third, which are equivalent to the MSI you linked.

Having 16 GB RAM is helpful, although not critical, for Sims 4, especially when you're playing on a laptop with only integrated graphics.  If it's not in your budget to upgrade now, it's worth keeping in mind for the future.

If you have more questions, about any of these laptops or in general, please feel free to ask.
