Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

Hey you'll have to use the chat option to get in touch with someone the only way I could was through a refund, then I was able to chat with someone I had to go throught a couple people before I found someone who could fix it.
