Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

my game only lets me download sims 4 in 3 different languages, I've realized its region locked after looking online for a solution for hours now, but I brought it in America. when I deleted my ea app to redownload it. I had my vpn on and maybe thats how it changed idk... and it set my primary language as CZECH now I cant change my sims 4 download back to English any way to fix this ?
