Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

Hey you'll have to use the chat option to get in touch with someone the only way I could was through a refund, then I was able to chat with someone I had to go throught a couple people before I found someone who could fix it.

@Btrippy30 Sorry to bother you, I have been having this issue for literal months now. Every now and then I try to contact support just to see if I get lucky, but I tried now and their live chat is nowhere to be found??

I sometimes get the email option, which I'm using but they keep passing through different EA Helpers upon my responses, so they proceed to literally ignore my last messages... It's a nightmare.

How and what did they fix for you? Maybe I can suggest it to them to fix my issue as well.

    Hey I'm sorry this is happening to you, I had to go throught the refund option that's the only time they will give you option to chat with someone an I had to go threw a few people until I found someone that could do it, im sorry I could give more but it wasn't until at like 2am I found someone that reset ny language, I went in detail what my problem was an that I needed my game language reset. I hope that helps

      @Btrippy30 Thank you for responding, I have an update!

      I was finally able to use the live chat support option, I had to be logged out in order for it to appear... Strange.
      One of their members helped me reset my game language, and used your example as a suggestion, which was perfect to at least get my game set to English. The downside? I bought the multilingual pack back then, and they said I can only have 1 language at a time, so I asked it to be Spanish only then, which they said it wasn't possible, just English. But eh, It's something!

        That's good! Well I glad it was somewhat resolved, its a crazy thing they need to get figured out lol.
