I've been playing the sims for quite some time now and it has always been in english, but yesterday when I launched the game its in Czech.
I've deleted the game and re downloaded twice, selected english and still czech.
I restarted my computer and tried to download it again and this time the only language options are czech, polish, and russian.
I've tried to contact EA but there is no way to send a support ticket and I don't really know what to do.
I also sent an error support twice and here are my support ticket code
