Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

I have same problem. 

Have discussed with EA Help and they are not helping. 
I have had over 1000hours of playtime in English for it now to only appear in Czech, Polish or Russian. 
Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped.
