Sims 4 Mac

I have been trying to get Sims 4 on my Mac computer.  It will finish downloading however, I cannot get it to install.  Every time I hit install nothing happens.

    You may not meet the minimum system requirements so the game will not install. 

    What Mac do you have? Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on More Info depending on what operating system you're running:

    - Operating System (Version)
    - Mac model
    - Processor
    - Memory (RAM)
    - Graphics

    model: MacBook Pro

    processor: 1

    RAM: 4GB

    Graphics: intel HD graphics 3000

    Thanks. I'm not sure what your processor is because you've only put 1. It's probably 2.26Ghz or similar? 

    You're running OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard, the game requires OS X 10.7.5 Lion or later so you will need to upgrade your operating system. You can do this via the App Store.

    Here are the minimum requirements:

    • Minimum OS – Mac OS X Lion (10.7.5)
    • CPU – Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz or better
    • RAM – At least 4Gb RAM
    • Hard Drive – At least 10Gb of free space with at least 1Gb additional space for custom content
    • Video – NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT, ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro or better. Video RAM (VRAM) of 256 MB or better
    • Input – Keyboard and Mouse
    • Online Requirements: Internet Connection required for product activation

    I've highlighted the processor in red so you can check whether your Mac meets the requirement.
