Sims 4 Main Menu images and packs not appearing

After the 1.69.57.1020 patch, whenever I open the game, on the main menu everything except for the gallery, options and play buttons is blank, nothing loads even when I click to see packs. My packs a...

    @PopRockStocks 

    Rightclick the Game in Origin and select Repair.

    No, I mean literally nothing loads, no images, and when I click on packs, I can't see or click on any packs.

        I've already tried:

        Repairing the game through origin

        Trying it without mods

        Reinstalling it

        Resetting the files

        Nothing worked, and i'm unsure on what to do.
