Sims 4 Memory
Every time I play Sims 4 it goes out the game and says something about "Memory"

Maybe your PC doesn't have enough RAM to properly run game.
How much RAM do you have on your PC?
How much VRAM do you have on your GPU?
Listing minimum system requirements to play game below -
Minimum:- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system

- Graphics: 128 MB of Video RAM and support for Pixel Shader 3.0. Supported Video Cards: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better, ATI Radeon X1300 or better, Intel GMA X4500 or better
- DirectX: Version 9.0
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 17 GB available space
Though on my PC with all the DLC the game uses 51.2GB storage space, so that will depend on how much DLC you have.
