I would recommend attempting to install the Visual C++ Runtime redistributable package which is included with the game under "The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist" - Just right click on the package which is appropriate for your operating system and select "Run as Administrator"
You can also manually place these files in the game binary directory. Just search for the files then place them in "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" and ensure that you place the versions which are appropriate for your operating system and version.

You'll have to search for each missing file so I would recommend attempting to install the included package first.

@ForestNinja0 Please do not post unofficial 3rd party links for any downloads here on Answers HQ.
@vivamic21 If running the installation from "The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist" does tho works, please try it from the official Microsoft page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
Please make sure that you install all following 3:
- Download the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 that is the latest supported Visual C++ redistributable package for Visual Studio 2013.
- Download Multibyte MFC Library for Visual Studio 2013. This add-on for Visual Studio 2013 contains the multibyte character set (MBCS) version of the Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) Library.
- Download Visual C++ 2013 Runtime for Sideloaded Windows 8.1 apps.

Sorry, I didn't want him to locate sources which are filled with malicious ads and popups and he should be able to solve the problem quickly with the provided links - I've used them myself. The installer included with the game package is the same which is available from downloads.Microsoft and those libraries have not been updated by Microsoft.
