Sims 4 mods will not leave game no matter what

Question

I frequently remove my mods to download new ones and I’ve never had any issue until recently. When I cleared my mods folder and opened Sims 4, they were all still there. I’ve done everything, I have deleted the mods folder, cache, everything. I have even uninstalled the game several times. Repairing does not fix anything. Now, I can play sims but it still has all my mods in there but i have no files on my computer from ea at all.&nbsp;

@marshmallow407&nbsp;Can you double-check to see if the game started using a different user folder, i.e. something on the cloud? You might be deleting mods from one folder while your game is still loading them from a completely different location.
