Sims 4 My Gallery Missing from Game

I have no Gallery/Community in my Sims 4 game. When I click on Open My Library all I see is my library. There is no option for gallery. This account was setup by a minor. Is that the reason I cannot get the gallery? Is there a way to change this? Online help is no help. I try to chat with help and it just sits there for hours. Supposedly there is a phone number to call but I don't see that option anywhere. So frustrated. This is my daughter's account. I had to setup another account just to ask this question. Someone help please. Thanks.

    Im responding to this old post as I had the same issue, all you have to do is go into options and re-enable "online features", I'm only posting incase somebody else needs help with this, hope it helps.

    That's indeed the issue, an underage account can't access the online gallery.

    I think you might be able to change that, but you do need to contact EA for that:
    http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
    When you try the chat, give some different browsers a try, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or maybe Opera.
