Yes on CAS mode they are wearing the shoes I made them wear in the first place but somehow the winter boots I selected for the winter outfits are on every outfit which is not meant to happen.

Also how do you upload your household to the gallery?

Go to CAS and then click on the save household button in the upper right corner

Then click on the cloud icon that says share household to the gallery

  @queenietomlinson Tested the family and they are normal when placed from CAS. If you place them in a new game yourself (for testing), do they still wear the boots ?
  
  If they dont' you can try moving your family out and back in in your faulty save to see if that does anything

    Yeah they are still wearing boots unfortunately
