Sims 4 no sound

Time ago I had sound in the game of Sims 4 and now I don`t have any sound. In the options of the game the music and the sound are at the maximum volume.

    Hi @Guiapa

    As you wrote in English, I moved your post to the English forum.

    In the game are different sound modes, try to change the current one in the game sound settings. Try all of them.

    Also, make sure you have not the game silenced in Windows sounds mixer.

    If that's not the problem, reinstall your sound drivers. You can also try this fix.
