Sims 4 not displaying in Streamlabs OBS

So, over a month ago, I started experiencing a black screen in Streamlabs OBS (SLOBS) when going to livestream or record TS4 (I noticed the same occurred for TS3). The thing that makes this interesting is that the in-game cursor appears over the black screen in SLOBS. To clarify, the game is working fine for me, it just displays as a black screen with the in-game cursor in SLOBS. I have been conversing with SLOBS customer/technical support over the course of the past month concerning this issue. However, I noticed that my other games (non-EA games) work perfectly fine through SLOBS. I'm starting to think the problem is sims based, and came here to ask questions and perhaps get some help in this area please? Thank you in advance!!!

Hi! Thanks so much for your response!!!

I forgot to come back here and update my response, but the solution to the problem was to turn off edge scrolling in-game. That solved everything, thank God!!!

    Thanks again!

  • @CariY2206  I'm not sure how much help I can be here, never having used OBS myself.  But the first thing that comes to mind is a conflict between overlays, so try disabling the overlay for Origin or the EA App, whichever you use.  And if you're running another app (not OBS) that includes an overlay, disable that, ether the overlay or the entire app, as well.

If that doesn't help, I can look over a dxdiag if you post one.

But like I said, I might not be able to figure out what's going on.
