SIMS 4 not working...what's new?

The gallery does finally load! WOW!!! it hasn't done that in 2 weeks, well unless I delete everything out of my tray folder, then it loads fine. The workaround I've been using is to just play while logged off, which took a lot of the fun out of the game. Now I sign on and there is only my library, no community galleries etc...and if that's not enough I've noticed the last three sims I created and saved are not in my library when i sign back on, so essentially they un-save themselves anytime i turn off the game. Lastly, the game freezes every time I play.  None of this makes for fun gameplay, I have spoken with other simmers and quite a few are contemplating just playing sims3 and being done with sims4, I myself don't want to have t o do that but, if I can;t get my issues resolve I will have no other choice, SIMS4 as it is now is unplayable.

please actually respond, I have called 3 times (and recorded each call) on each call I am given the "runaround", told contradictory information, and refused tech help. Obviously, this is unacceotable. All I want to do is reliably play SIMS4 please help me make that a reality.
