Sims 4 not working with BT headset

Hi. I have been looking trough the forums, but can't find one that applies to my issue. If there already is a post abot this, please reffer me to that and I will delete this one. I have download...

    @Bubleh  The Realtek audio driver is crashing over and over and probably causing the game to lock up.  It's also probably why the Bluetooth devices aren't working.  Unfortunately, Acer doesn't offer a newer driver for your laptop, although you could let Windows find one for you.  First though, try playing in a clean boot, in case something else is conflicting.

    If that doesn't help, try updating the relevant device drivers.  Hit Windows key-X and select the Device Manager, open the "Audio inputs and outputs" section, click on each device in turn, and click the green and black Update icon at the top of the screen.  Repeat for the "Bluetooth" and "Sound, video and game controllers" sections.
