Sims 4 only allowing to create one family
I've had sims 4 for years but recently it had deleted all of my families and creations and basically returned it back to the original mode you get when you buy. Now i can only ever create one family ...

Instead of starting a new game choose the Continue button and from the neighborhood screen click New Family.
