not to make it sound like i'm telling you what to do but if the rep can't seem to understand as English may not be the first language of the rep and or may not realise  that TS4 is not Mac compatible or you can't seem to make your point to the rep you should be able to c/p a link to a thread from here to the rep in the live chat box

I have exacly the same problem. Did you by any chance already get an anwser from them?
