sims 4 opening like browser web

my game never used to open as if its a browser and it would be full screen with no bar at the top and bottom. But all of a sudden my game is opening in a browser like format. This is really annoying because it makes the screen smaller and i have everything at the bottom, where the shortcuts for the internet and stuff are. is anyone else having this problem? i have tried the repair game several time and i have uninstalled and reinstalled my game twice and nothing changed. does anyone have a soloution?

    You can change this in the options menu in the Sims. 
    When you open the menu, the first option is 'Graphics' hit that then change the 'Display type' to fullscreen.

    To change back to Full Screen

    From the Main Menu, go to Options, up in the upper right corner of the screen (...) Select Game Options. Under Display click on the drop down menu and select Fullscreen.
