Sims 4 origin installation help please :'(

Okay so i recently bought the Sims 4 limited edition and i put in the disc and it took me to origin and i put in my code and it gave me the option to download so it downloaded and it only took me about 25 for that to complete, and then when that was done it says installing... it doesn't even tell me how long i have to go to til its done its been saying its installing for hours now. Is there something wrong with my computer or is that normal or is there another way to go? Please help me i really wanna play Sims 4 like soo bad. I have a Windows 7/ windows vista

I am also getting a message every time i open origin could this be the reason? The message say:  IGOProxy.exe has stopped working "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Windows ill close the program and  notify you if a solution is available."      What does that mean? and how do i fix that?

*All i want is to play Sims 4 I've been so excited to get home once i bought it, but i have been continuously going through this process, this never happened when i download/installed sims 3. Please help!!! ☹️
