Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat purchased but not appearing to download

I have paid for Sims 4 outdoor retreat and had a confirmation email that says i have purchased it, aswell as confirmation through my account that purchase is completed but it hasnt appeared to be download despite multiple reloads etc.

    Ive been trying to figure out how to download it and this just worked for me : Under 'my games' in the orgin there will be  "The sims 4' game. Hover over it with your mouse the option of play pop up. To the left of the play button there is a " i  " in a gray box click on that scroll down and download.Hope this help!

     thank you so much, it should be automatic, but for some reason they made it different this time and we kinda need a freaking crystal ball to predict these things!  :womanvery-happy:

    You have to click on the "I" button and then you can download the game.  Not the most efficient for sure.
