Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I just updated my sims 4 game and I have zero packs. I've bought at least 30 sims packs over the years and its currently saying I don't own any on the sims marketplace and on the EA app. I have repaired my game and now I'm currently redownloading the sims all together.
