@tasha029 Please open your EA App game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and let me know whether your owned packs are on the list. If you see Download buttons, click them. If they say Installed, that's a separate issue.
If your packs aren't listed at all, you've likely signed into the wrong account. You can double-check by signing into ea.com, bringing up your user profile, and clicking Order History: anything you've bought or registered with EA should show up in that list. If the order history doesn't show your purchases, you're not looking at the correct account, and you'll need to figure out what other email address you might have used to buy the content.

Thank you for trying to help but like I said before I already checked the add ons and it says I need to purchase them. Also like I said I am in the right account bc it tells me I had 9 packs that I deleted but I didn’t delete them. It’s not even in my purchase history bc I already checked that. It tells me exactly what packs I had purchased but no longer have and need to purchase again.

Hi @cookiequeen1018,
Did you originally purchase your packs directly through Origin? Could you please attach a screenshot to your post of this error about your packs being deleted?
