Sims 4 Paranormal stuff pack items shows as grayed out llama with wings

Having a bit of an issue here! I am a Sims 4 non MAC PC player. I own all packs and use NO CC. I recently purchased Batuu, nifty knitting, and Paranormal stuff as a bundle. All packs seem fine, but when I get in game it’s as if Paranormal stuff didn’t download right? In place of MOST items such as the Seance table it shows the grayed out Llama with wings... (image attached).

I did try to “fix game” in origin. I googled a couple ways to uninstall and reinstall packs alone but all of the steps seem to be incorrect or outdated. Is this possible to do without uninstalling the entire Sims4 base game? Or any other pointers would be helpful.

    @englishlauren  Try clearing Origin's cache and repairing again; sometimes it's necessary to force Origin to refresh its data before the repair will be fully effective.

    If that doesn't help, you can delete the folder for the Paranormal pack and redownload it.  This isn't the official way to uninstall, but at worst, redownloading and repairing should fix any issues.  Inside the Sims 4 program files, usually located in Program Files (x86)\Origin Games, will be an SP18 folder, as in, the Paranormal pack is the 18th stuff pack released.  Delete this folder, clear Origin's cache again, and you should be able to redownload the pack.
