@Erythina To be clear, does the issue saving your progress or a build happen on both computers, or only the issue of uploading to the Gallery? Can you upload a random box with no decor on a 20x20 lot to the Gallery? Please try even if you'll take it down again right away.
Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on either of these computers, even if you never use it; and what antivirus they're running.
While the issue uploading to the Gallery could be account-related, there is no account issue that should affect your ability to save your progress or save to your Library.
im having this same issue, it saves sometimes then it will do the sound but not actually save or close
