sims 4 puppies change when adopting
in the sims 4, i put two pups for adoption and adopt them with another household but when i did the coat and traits of the puppies completely changed. how do i fix that?

I believe there's some issue with this. The puppies you adopt in another household isn't actually the same one (I've checked this a while ago, they have a different ID, meaning they are a different dog)
You can't adopt babies that you give up for adoptions in another household either so I believe, that the game creates new puppies based on the ones you put up for adoptions (which is the issue part of this) but it's not actually the same one, hence it has different traits.
