Test this PSU first, this is most probably a hardware problem and the PSU could be the problem.
What kind of PSU is that? (Model and vendor)
I had trouble with my game a couple of weeks ago, and thought I had cracked it by replacing some ram, it ran perfectly for about 10 days. Earlier this week my game has started to crash again. I have removed my mods folder and uninstalled all mods and reinstalled with the latest versions and then this morning I was able to play for a good few hours with no issues at all, I thought I had cracked it but this afternoon it crashed again ☹️
I have removed my mods folder and repaired the game multiple times too.
Earlier in the week I had ordered more ram as I know I would like to add more to the game in the future, this was installed this afternoon and I ran the game again to see if it would make a difference but it crashed after 5 minutes. It took it from 8 to 16.
As it is happening randomly and all the mods are working in my game I wasn't sure if it could be something else? A lot of the time when it crashes I get a blue screen and the fans seem to kick in and go mad like it is really hot? Could it be more of a hardware issue maybe? If it was something to do with cc or mods would it just crash quickly rather than letting me play for different amounts of time before having a fit & crashing.
I am really starting to pull my hair out with it to be honest, Now I am thinking I have just wasted money on some memory for a game I can't even play.
I ran dxdiag and have attached it if anyone could shed some light on it please.
@loubylou1983 I've merged your new post with your old thread, since the issue was never solved.
Did you ever try a clean boot, as suggested earlier? A couple of the errors in your new dxdiag list a part of MSI's Command Center, so you could start by disabling the Command Center, and move to a clean boot if that alone didn't help.

If that doesn't make a difference though, hardware monitoring is the next step.

I didn't do a clean boot before as we replaced some ram and it started behaving perfectly and has just started doing the same thing again.
Could it be overheating? The only reason I ask is when it crashes the fans kick in and they are really loud almost as if they are desperately trying to cool it down? Sometimes it will only do it after 10 mins of gameplay when the computer has been off all night, or like today it ran for about 4 hours before happening and when I try and play again it crashes quickly so poss still too hot?
I will look at disabling MSI and see if this helps and will look at doing a clean reboot - if it is hardware related could you possibly recommend another programme to check the performance of everything.

@loubylou1983 It could definitely be overheating, which is why I said hardware monitoring was the next step after a clean boot. Overheating wouldn't usually cause the errors in your dxdiag though; that's why it's worth disabling the MSI software and then trying a clean boot if it doesn't help.
For the hardware monitoring, download hwinfo from here:

You don't have to install anything if you don't want to—download the portable version, unzip it, and launch it directly from Downloads or wherever you want. (If you would like to install, be sure to click the green button, not the orange one.) Restart your computer, open hwinfo, choose "sensors only," and click the icon that's a sheet of paper with a + sign to start logging. You can save the log to your desktop so it's easy to find later.
Wait five minutes, then open Origin and Sims 4, and play for at least 20 minutes, or until you get a crash. (You can stop the logging by clicking on the same icon.) Then upload the log to a third-party filehosting site and link it here. Please leave it in .csv format, or if you're using OneDrive, zip it before uploading.
