Sims 4 Random game freezing, even after repair and updates

I need to check the clock next time it happens, but this happens even with a fresh save game so I doubt it has to do with winterfest issue

    @Stephen_Mulhern are you using different houses in the different saves ? There's also an issue with platforms.

      Yeah it can happen when I’m exploring different locations - what is this platform issue? How can I make sure it doesn’t happen to me ?

        there seems to be a memory leak, as when i have to force quit the game, there is like 50% RAM usage (i have 16GB), i've installed MCC to check if there are hidden Father Winter in the game, but i can't see any random characters in the unhide hidden households menu (just the star wars NPCs)
