Sims 4 refund question

So i got the sims 4 it doesn't work that well for me and im having problems and someone said i could get a refund so i looked and its not refundable

Is it possible to get a refund or am i just out of luck ☹️

I used a vpn to play it early as on reddit someone had proof of an EA employee saying it was fine.

you can apply for the refund using these steps in the link scroll to The Origin Great Game Guarantee

    https://www.origin.com/en-us/great-game-guarantee

Here's how: Visit your Order History and select the "Request a Refund" link next to any eligible product. Complete and submit the Refund Request Form. You'll get a response within 48 hours and your refund within 10 days if you meet the refund criteria.

EA Does Not Issue REFUNDS - ORIGIN is Part of ea TO PREVENT Connection to COMPLAINTS FROM ELECTRONIC ARTS to appear to be against ORIGIN.

7 Day Refund Limit - PROBLEM IS AFTER THEY ADDED THE POOL TO SIMS 4 - The Game Will Not Play - All of a Sudden Your Computer is No Longer Adequate to Play Sims 4 According to EA AND ORIGIN!

YOUR UPGRADE RUINED THE PLAYABILITY OF THE GAME - Time to go the the Federal Trade Commission - You CAN NOT SELL A GAME which Works, Upgrade the Game Making It Unplayable and Say THANKS FOR THE $60!
