As long as the PC remains on, the account should stay logged in. If the account is accessed on another computer, it will be logged out unless it is in offline mode.
They can play on offline mode but the issue is when the computer gets turned off, then back on, I have to relog into the account.
Do you have the remember login or what ever it's called checked or do they play with different Origin accounts ?
I do have remember me checked and all it does is remember my user name, but not the password. If there is any way to have the orgin auto-login when the computer starts that would solve the problem too...
That is weird. Works for me.
Origin has an option to start with windows.
