Sims 4 save files gone and game acts like its never been run.

I haven't played in a while and so had updates to install when I ran Origin and Sims. I also installed the Get Together expansion and the Movie pack. Now when I run the game it acts like I've never p...

Not t I can find. The file is where it should be. Its just empty of saves.

Did you ever backup your files ?

I fear if there's no files on your computer, there's not much you can do other than start over.

If you started the game, you will have the folder, that's normal.

It couldn't find the existing one and created a new one - without your saves.
