Sims 4 Seasons ep online code is for windows 10 users

My issue is that I got this on Amazon today(May 24 2019) Thinking it was simple thought it was easy I can still use I don't think I can use it, But I think I may have compromise the code if I know it...

There is no such thing as a specific code for Windows 10 or Windows 7. Just redeem the code you bought in Origin. Follow the instructions you got with it. Also Vampires are not part of Strangeville but is another Expansion pack.
