Sims 4 Settings won't save

Question

Every time I load up my game in the Sims 4, my settings will not load from my previous save. This problem happened after I bought Seasons, but I own all the expansions and play with them all installed. I added a second monitor to my setup on the same day that I started playing Seasons and now my game always loads in windowed instead of full screen, and it turns on tutorials and it takes off the Sims 3 camera options. I have to put these in every time I play. None of my other settings change however, and they only seem to do this when the game is launched, not mid play.

I play on PC with Windows 10

try moving the following file to the desktop: options(.ini). You can find it in your documents folder.

Then start the game and reset all options to what you had before.

Then restart the game and see if it sticks.

Also, the popup to add the restaurant pops up every time as well, even though I have it placed in my world
