Sims 4: Sim not following through with queues
Since the update on 6/18/19, my sims will not follow through with basic queues such as putting away a plate (there is no sign of struggle to reach or obtain the plate). The queue tries to show up on the side bar, but disappears. It’s As if the queue doesn’t even reach the sim. Also, my sim would not interact with my dog, and my dog will not enter or exit any door despite that the doors are unlocked and accessible. Please help. I’m not about to go and edit any folders or mods. It is not my job to do those things and I can’t. I paid for a game and I want to play it without having to fix it myself. Sorry but i just can’t do those things.

I'm sorry also - It was a misunderstanding.
But please find your Documents folder open it - inside will Electronic Arts folder and inside this folder The Sims4 folder.
How to find this "Documents" folder:
If you have Win10 :
Click on "This PC"
then Click on your C Drive, which looks like this for example -- Acer ( C : ) (Without spaces)
If you've clicked on it, then you'll see a bunch of folders, Some with program files, etc..
Click on the folder that says 'Users'
then once you've done that, click on the one folder that has your PC's name on it, then click on Documents after the PC's named folder, once you've also done that you'll be directed to some more folders, Click on Electronic Arts then Sims 4
Inside will localthumbcache.package file - delete it !!!!
It is important to know it because deleting this file after a patch will help you avoid all problems. This file often keeps saved errors of the game.
To fix the game in Origin you have o go to Origin/Library -right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game
