Sims 4 sims missing from 'my library' im Gallery

Yesterday I made 10 different sims in CAS (all used some CC) and saved them straight to my library on the Gallery, I know they were definately saved as when I went to my library and made sure the custom content box was ticked i could see them on the screen. I did all of this on my old computer whilst my boyfriend was building my new one. Today we plugged in my new computer and I went to start my new rotational game with my sims and could only find 1 out of 10 sims in my library! Obviously I'm quite upset about this as I spent a long time creating those sims. Does anyone know what could of happened to the sims I created or why they are not showing? I'm not sure it would be related to any save files as I never actually put the sims in my game or played with them. I just created them in CAS and saved straight to my library from there. Thanks for your help.

  • @Phil3992 Hello!  I believe saving sims to your library stores them in your TS4 tray files.  You will need to move those from your old PC to a thumb drive or something, then load them onto your new PC.
